Like all Mary Jane CBD Oils, this product is:

• Suitable for Paleo or Ketogenic diets
• Free from any other form of additive, flavouring, or preservative

Directions for use:

• Shake well before use
• Place 1-3 drops under the tongue using the dropper provided
• Hold for approximately 30 seconds before swallowing
• Can be taken with water if preferred
• Use 1-3 times a day as needed
• Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight

If you are new to using CBD products, we recommend gradually adjusting your dose until you find the most effective balance for you.
